JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by providing timely resolutions to their queries.  You will correspond with your customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as fraud investigation, payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.

Your job is to consult with authors interested in self-publishing a book or those who have published a book with Author Solutions.

You are the first point of contact for authors who haven’t published a book and will help assess their needs to determine the best publishing services to get their book to market.
