CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Who are we looking for?

• At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level
• College undergrads and graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Knowledgeable of basic computer processes
• Filipino citizen or holding a relevant residence status
• Willing to work on-site
• Willing to work full-time
• Willing to undergo training
• Willing to start immediately

What will you be trained to do?

• Receive and answer inbound calls
• Handle customer requests, issues, and/or concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Process payments and returns (whenever applicable)
