INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

Job brief

We are looking for a committed and talented people to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective business owners via telephone to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.

Ultimately, you will work directly with business owners to set appointments for a professional service provider

Responsibilities

  • Field basic questions and concerns about the services
  • Schedule consultations between the prospective business owner and service provider
  • Keep a detailed log of calls and notes, including those which were not answered
  • Attempt to contact prospective business owners who you have been unable to contact

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
  • Excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • At least college level
