Customer Experience Representative

A client of Ours is looking for three (3) Customer Experience Representatives that will be responsible for providing customer support, response to tickets and queries, build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile and keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.

Qualifications:

  • With medical background account
  • With billing experience is an advantage
  • Experienced in handling tickets
     

Full Time

Work set-up: currently remote but eventually will have the on-site
Work location: WFH/ IT Park (Skyrise)
Work schedule: 10:00PM - 8:00AM
