Key Responsibilities:
- Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
- Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
- Staying updated with company policies and procedures
- Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- With or without BPO/work experience.
- With good to excellent English communication skills
- Good team player
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Willing to work on site.
- Willing to work in Cebu Business Park or GAGFA Tower in Panagdait, Mabolo
