CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle emails, chats, and occasionally inbound/outbound phone calls from customers
- Quickly learn our proprietary systems for managing customers, inquiries about products, order entries or fulfillment and after sales.
- Identify and assess customers' needs through proper probing to achieve to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools/ applications
- Meet personal/ customer service team targets and email responses targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-ups to ensure on time resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take extra mile to engage customers by seeking ways to resolve the issue
- Build positive relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Other work- related tasks which entail customer support.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must have at least 1 year or less experience with CS and Technical support
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Exceptional communication skills and active listening
- Familiarity with office package (word, excel), ticket systems
- Experience with eBay and Amazon platform is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
