CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Handle emails, chats, and occasionally inbound/outbound phone calls from customers  
  • Quickly learn our proprietary systems for managing customers, inquiries about products, order entries or fulfillment and after sales. 
  • Identify and assess customers' needs through proper probing to achieve to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools/ applications 
  • Meet personal/ customer service team targets and email responses targets 
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-ups to ensure on time resolution 
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies  
  • Take extra mile to engage customers by seeking ways to resolve the issue  
  • Build positive relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 
  • Other work- related tasks which entail customer support.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Must have at least 1 year or less experience with CS and Technical support
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Exceptional communication skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with office package (word, excel), ticket systems
  • Experience with eBay and Amazon platform is a plus
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
