Sound Connection Phils Inc / Staff Outsourcing Solutions is URGENTLY looking for a Customer Service Representative-Voice (English Speakers and Spanish Bilinguals) for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
  • Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
  • Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: 
    • Answering email inquiries
    • Able to do Inbound Calls
    • Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
  • Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work with less supervision
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
  • Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Well-organized, Responsible, and has initiative
  • Independent with a positive work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Willing to start immediately
