Job Description:

 

Our Customer Service Representatives are vital members of our company. You will field customer inquiries and provide solutions that help create excellent customer experiences. You will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative and engaging environment that provides dynamic interactions with different cultures as well as opportunities to grow your potential and develop your career.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Basic web navigation skills
  • With or without Call Center Experience
  • A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
  • Valid NBI (6 months to 1 year from date of joining)
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Willing to WORK ON SITE
  • Candidate must be residing in Cebu
