A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding support to the clients of the most sought-after brands.

TASKS:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
  • Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Are a High School or Senior High School, with or without BPO experience
  • Have at least six (6) months Customer Experience (CX) background
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Have superb computer skills
  • Are willing to work in shifting schedule
