What is your mission?
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college
- At least 6 months of solid BPO experience ( international voice account)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, working, and energetic
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
