What does this role entail?

The focus of this role is to be responsible for managing overall team performance by mentoring, teaching and driving the Management Team with particular emphasis on Production Management team. 

What are the things expected of me?

• Work with all levels of management, across all departments to clearly communicate Qwrk’s culture goals. 
• Assist Managers to design and deliver individual team member career and development plans. 
• Work with the training team to develop and implement training programs for group and individual learning. 
• Create and implement a Management Mentor program for future Managers 
• Create and implement a Leadership mentor program for future Leaders 

How else can I contribute?

• Work with HR to create and implement Qwrk Employee experience 
• Identify, design, develop, implement and monitor individual development plans for Production Team Managers. 
• Work with all levels of Managers to mentor and coach on business strategy, people challenges and opportunities. 
• Work with HR to monitor working conditions, well-being, engagement and turnover rate 
• Challenge yourself!

What proficiencies are expected from me?

• At least 3 years Management Experience 
• At least 3 years experience in conducting Management Trainings 
• At least 5 years experience in Training and Development 
• Strong facilitation and content creation skills
• Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, and effective people management skills 
• Degree qualified (BS Psychology, BS Business Administration, and equivalent) 
• Intermediate to Proficient: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
