SERVER TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Main contact of customers for IONOS Support
  • Improve weekly and monthly performance based on feedback from the Market Head of Server Operations.
  • Proactively inform and report to the supervisor for support related issues
  • Recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns
  • Attend coaching sessions and participate in organizational activities
  • Interact with team members and other departments within the company
  • To be customer service oriented and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuous pro-active effort towards improving customer satisfaction and our internal procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of an IT or Computer Science course
  • At least 6 months sales/customer service and/or technical support experience
  • Knowledge in PHP, Webhosting and Wordpress Content Management System is an advantage
  • Knowledge in basic email client set-up is an advantage
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
  • Highly Motivated and Target Driven
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Solutions-oriented
