Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and dial assigned outbound leads
  • Help clients complete application packets online
  • Deliver high-quality work by paying strong attention to detail
  • Evaluate and analyze the client's responses to series of questions
  • Maintain healthy client relationships by professionally answering questions and concerns and by setting proper expectations
  • Be passionate about the service and enjoy working in a consultative service environment
  • Be results-oriented and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Must have at least 2 years of tertiary education
  • Clear speaking voice
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
  • At least 1 year of solid Customer Service experience
  • Strong CRM navigation and administrative skills - Accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Should have no issues working onsite
  • Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends

Work Schedule: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
